If you are interested in playing netball and are not already a Comets member, go to the Contact Us page and select the "Interested In Playing Netball" category and provide some information about when and the gender (Female, Male or Mixed) you would like to play with.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Comets Netball Club will be held on Sunday 25th October 2026 

Please Note the new start time!

Arrival at 12.45 for 1pm start

Venue: Ermington West Public school.

Vignes Street Ermington

 

The Business of the Annual General Meeting shall include:

(a) Apologies

 

(b) Confirmation of Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

(c) Consideration and Adoption of the Annual Financial Report and Annual Financial Statements 2026

 

(d) Election of Executive Office Bearers

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Coaching Convenor
  • Umpiring Convenor

 (e) Election of Sub Committee Members

  • Assistant Coaching Convenor
  • Assistant Umpiring Convenor
  • Equipment Coordinator 
  • Uniform Coordinator
  • Awards/ Presentation Coordinator
  • Committee Helper

 

(g) Close AGM

 

 

Comets Junior Presentation Day will commence immediately after the brief AGM.

We look forward to seeing everybody there.

There will be a free BBQ lunch and outdoor games provided.

Please find attached the Financial Statements and Minutes of the 2025 AGM for your reference before the meeting. Paper copies will be limited on the day.
