Duties for Finals and Grand Finals

Hi all,
Comets have scored duties for Finals and Grand Finals so I will be looking for more willing helpers please!
Finals- Saturday 30th August- 2 people for BBQ set up ( 1 hour-9-10am) and 1 person to remain on BBQ duty until finish) This can be split into 2 or 3 hour shifts
Grand Finals-Saturday 6th September- 1 person from Comets must be on duty from 9:30 until end of play. This duty can be split into 3 hour shifts

BBQ DUTY (from
9.00AM on 30 August
to when the BBQ is packed away)
Clubs on BBQ duty must ensure
two people from their club assist with set up (first hour) and one person from their club is on duty at all times thereafter to finish,
to assist the Lions Club who will assign duties as they see fit.

Volunteers are asked to complete a minimum of 1 hour shifts each.

It is requested that male helpers to be available at 8:30am/9.00am (start) and from 1:30pm until approximately 2:30pm/3.00pm
(finish) to assist with the set up and pack up of the BBQ equipment.
CANTEEN DUTY (from
9.30AM on 6 September
to when the Canteen Supervior closes the canteen - generally just after the last matches)
Clubs on Canteen duty must ensure
one person from their club is on duty at all times,
who should report to the Canteen Supervisor.

All people on duty must be 15 years or older and at least one must be an adult.

Volunteers are asked to complete a minimum of 1 hour shifts each.

Canteen duties are determined by the Canteen Supervisor.
The last shift in the Canteen must clean up the grounds (gloves and garbage bags will be provided).
