Well as the night season draws to a close, an update on umpiring to
round out the year.

Josh Doyle was successful in gaining his National C badge a few weeks
ago – Josh has worked hard all year, making himself available for all the
representative carnivals, as well as doing heaps of umpiring on Saturday mornings,
and now night comp umpiring. Congratulations Josh on your hard work and persistence.

And we have nine budding umpires who have signed up for the Umpire Development
Program for 2013. Alaina, Caitlyn, Hannah, Ellie, Emily, Breanna, Natalie,
Abigail and Isabella have all passed the knowledge test, and are ready to take
up the whistle and be our newest umpires. Welcome aboard girls, looking forward
to working with you.
