Semi Finals Saturday

Congratulations to our D Grade, Cadet 6s, 13/2's, 12/1's and 12/2's who will be contesting Semi Finals on Saturday. This is an absolutely FANTASTIC result for a club with only 8 competition teams (11yo-seniors). Good luck to our 8’s, 9s, 10/1s and 10/3s who will be playing their last game at Brush Farm. Don’t forget to allow time after the game for your presentation on the grass court area. Our 15’s play their last round also … please note that you have a court change (court 3 at 11.10am).
Our 12/4s and 11/3s have finished for the year and although they missed out on semi-finals, both teams finished with wins. Great work young ladies!
Our Cadets, 13's and 12/1's are just 1 win away from making Grand Finals. That’s all it is … just 1 more win!
Our D Grade and 12/2’s are 2 wins away from Grand Finals and must win on Saturday to stay in the hunt. Mission Impossible? Heck NO! Mission POSSIBLE! Play to win and don’t give up. I speak from experience having coached my daughter in back to back Premierships from 3rd place winning 1 Grand Final by 15 goals. The coach didn’t win those games … the girls with the most tenacious attitudes won those games!
I am disappointed that I won’t be there for the next 2 weeks but I am confident that I will be watching our 5 Comet finalist teams playing on Grand Final Day.
Game time/court details are below to encourage you to come and cheer our teams along. It's a very exciting day for Comets and your presence on the sideline will be greatly appreciated by every Comet on court over the next 3 Saturdays.
