Come and join Comets first Walking Team!

This year we have interest from past players who are keen to register a walking netball team.

Walking netball is played using modified rules to reduce the risk of injury.  The rules are like regular netball, but players can't run or jump. 

If you are interested, please contact me ASAP. Some general rules are below for your information

 

Rules

• Players must keep at least one foot on the ground at all times 
• Players can take one or two steps after receiving the ball before passing or shooting 
• Players must keep three feet away from the other player when defending 
• Players can't have both feet off the ground at once 
• Players can take substitutions at any time, and there's no limit to how many can be made
