Wow........ what a fabulous day for Comets!

Starting with our wonderful and courageous 11/2s who fought hard in their game against St Gerards in a really close and exciting match. Finishing 2nd is a super achievement!  Congratulations to coaches Julia and Molly!

 

Next we had the 15/2s match and this was a real nail biter. The players and coach Peter looked so calm but the sideline were on the edge of our seats! They won by just 1 goal and this is even more of an achievement as this team are a mix of 12, 13 and 14 year olds.

Our 3rd Comets game was another exciting one with only 7 players. It was really close going into the last quarter even and the girls dug deep in the last Q to win by 7 goals!

Congratulations to coach Ali!  

 

Finally one of our mums (manager and committee member) Joanne also won her Grand Final today playing for Aquarians. Congratulations Jo.
