Comets Fitness and Skills Training

I am sure that everyone is feeling a little unfit and in need of some assistance getting back into the swing of netball. So we have organised a fitness coach to run some fun fitness sessions incorporating netball skills to get us all going.

When does it begin? Wednesday 17th March

Where will it be held? Meadowbank netball courts and grass area near Court 28

How many weeks? 3 (17th, 24th, and 31st)

Who is it for? All players from under 11 to Opens , and coaches. Also any umpires who want to get fit.

Who is it NOT for? Under 8, Under 9 and Under 10 teams.

What time?  5:30- 6:30pm Under 11 , Under 12 and Under 13

6pm -7pm Under 14, Under 15, cadets and opens. (and um pires)

What do I bring? Water and towel.

What should I wear? Shorts, T shirt, sunscreen, netball shoes. Hair tied back, jewellery removed and nails cut.

Does it Cost anything? No 

Under 8, under 9 and Under 10 teams will be contacted by their coach for training.
